launched my first business website expecting to achieve dot com results which would enable my new
business to grow. My website had been designed and built by a local university as I had no technical
knowledge; I was very pleased as it looked fantastic...
A month after launch I realised that the
site visitor numbers were only a fraction of the amount I had forecast in my business plan and that meant I
would have to spend money on offline marketing campaigns which had not been budgeted in my business plan in order
to prove my business concept. A concept which had even been praised by my bank manager
as dot com business was in vogue!
As
my profit margin had been reduced by the increased offline marketing costs I decided to invest in training which
would enable me to get my website to the top of organic search results for terms related to my business. After
purchasing expensive information from the USA, within a few short months my visitor numbers skyrocketed and I was
receiving email and telephone enquiries which were converting into sales as a result of achieving top search
results in Google.
That’s how I developed my passion for
achieving online marketing results and over the past decade I have worked for Blue Chip, SME and small
start up online businesses to deliver growth in online sales and profits.
Now I am looking to work with a small number
